All Sports Camp
This camp focuses on a variety of different sports: basketball, volleyball, soccer, tennis, baseball/softball, and large group games. Students will develop fundamental skills, techniques, and a basic understanding of each sport. Students will also learn the rules and strategies for each specific sport. Sportsmanship will be promoted at all times during this camp. This program is for boys and girls.

O’Neal’s 2009 varsity volleyball team won the 2009 CFIC Conference Championship, had four All-Conference Players, and was semi-finalist in the 2009 2A state championship. Coach Harper was honored with “Coach of the Year” for the 2009 season.
Falcon Soccer Camp for Boys and Girls
Come enjoy a week of soccer instruction and fun. Campers will learn the basics of soccer and tie them together with some great games and competitions. This program is perfect for all skill levels.

Falcon Baseball Camp
Blue skies, green grass and dirt – that’s baseball!! Come work on your skills and have fun learning about America’s favorite pastime. Play home run derby, roll-a-bat, and 500. See you in the dugout!

This program is designed to teach and improve individual skills, focus on basketball fundamentals, and incorporate individual skills into a team concept. Participants will learn proper shooting form, ball handling techniques, how to rebound, and individual defensive positioning and communication. Individual drills and team competitions will be used to reinforce individual skills and teach team basketball.
Dates: July 26 – 29

This program is designed to teach and refine individual skills, focus on basketball fundamentals, and incorporate individual skills into a team concept. Participants will work on proper shooting form, ball handling techniques, how to rebound, and individual defensive positioning and communication. Individual position specific drills will teach players techniques and skills to elevate their game and team competition will be used to refine skills in game situations.

Girls Volleyball Camp
This camp will focus on individual fundamentals, proper technique, and strategies for the game of volleyball. This camp is open to all levels, whether you have a lot of experience or are new to the sport. The camp and its staff will foster an environment of enthusiasm, work ethic, determination, and positive attitudes. The camp will also contribute positively toward the physical and mental development of each student as she pursues her volleyball goals.

Cheerleading Camp
Bring your enthusiasm!! At cheer camp, the girls will learn arm motions, cheerleading jumps, simple stunts, side line cheers, and dances. They will also learn how to make awesome spirit banners, cheer notes, and cheerleading bows. All cheer campers will receive a set of junior cheerleader pom-poms and a t-shirt. *O’Neal Varsity Cheerleaders will assist with the camp.
