Brenda Jackson Assistant Headmaster & Director of Institutional Advancement	The Office of Institutional Advancement is the overall “umbrella” for that which “advances” the health and well-being of the school. The Advancement function at O'Neal includes admissions, development, communications and marketing.  The Development function seeks to unite friends, parents, faculty and alumni to further the mission of O'Neal and create a strong support base for students.  The Admissions office seeks to enroll students with the best opportunity to achieve success in the school's environment. Communications and Marketing supports these efforts in addition to educating the community on the mission of the school and its activities.
