Kuzma's Story Chosen for Grannie Annie 10-year Edition

O'Neal seventh grade student Molly Kuzma had her Granny Annie story selected for its 10-year edition.
The Grannie Annie contest is a writing contest in which students submit a story from an earlier generation of their family, a story that happened before they were born. For the past several years, sixth grade students have submitted stories to this contest, and several have been published each year.

This year, on the tenth anniversary of the Grannie Annie contest, a special edition has been produced, including stories from all ten years based on a WW II theme. The book, which just arrived, is called Echoes from World War II: Young Writers Sharing Family Stories. Molly Kuzma's story, “Clearing the Way” is published in this celebratory edition.
