11th Grade College Tour

Vicky Grimm
As eleventh graders start thinking about college, O’Neal faculty planned a college tour to visit six different colleges in North and South Carolina.

September 21st - 23rd, the students had the opportunity to tour these colleges in small groups, ask questions and be better acquainted with some of the options available to them. The first stop was at Wake Forest in Winston Salem. Then they headed to Queens University in Charlotte, and ended their day with a fun bowling evening and swimming back at the hotel.   The following day the students began their tour in Davidson and finished in Elon.  They had a quiet evening socializing and spending time together. The third day students finished their tours by visiting Wofford and Clemson University in South Carolina before heading back home!
