Lower School Certificate Ceremony
The Lower School held its certificate ceremony on Friday, May 17th in the Hannah Center Theater. Third grade student Isla Riggsbee won the Head of School Art Gallery Award and Liam Mansker was recognized for the DUKE TIP program. Certificates were given to those whose artwork was selected for the Young People's Fine Arts Festival and the Fine Arts Council of Moore County as well as to those whose writing projects were selected for the School's literary publication The Blackbird's Eye. Certificates of participation were given to the Elementary Battle of the Books and Odyssey of the Mind team members.
