Convocation Finishes First Week of School

O’Neal culminated the first week of school with its traditional all-school convocation. Students heard a few encouraging words from Head of School John Elmore. Athletic Director James Franklin announced O’Neal as being recognized as the #1 athletics program among NCISAA Division 2A schools. Students listened to the School’s mission statement, and the Alma Mater. They also sang the fight song for the first time this school year. Lastly, the red and blue teams were unveiled as the whole school embarks on the red/blue points challenge for this school year.
