School Zone Speed Limit is 30 MPH

Traffic is no joke in the mornings and afternoons in front of O’Neal. Students rushing to class at Sandhills Community College share the same road. Parents who need to get to work on time after dropping off their students at O’Neal also use this road as do those 16-year-old drivers who just got their license attending O’Neal’s Upper School. AND let’s not forget those upper classmen who are getting all the more brave behind the wheel.

All of the above gives reason to pay attention to the school zone speed limit -- 30 MPH between the hours of 7:30am and 8:30am / 2:30pm and 3:30pm on school days.

Let’s keep everyone safe! Do your part and drive the speed limit.
