Not like your normal stationery bike, Assault bikes are a great tool for conditioning and rehabilitation. The Assault bikes provide safe cardiovascular movement with no impact. They also allow for great opportunities to develop overall fitness levels with metabolic conditioning. This is another fantastic addition to our performance training.
The Falcon Club spends close to $20,000 a year for team practice shirts, recognitions, and special projects helping to elevate O'Neal's athletics program like none other. Almost half of its operational revenue is depended upon by memberships.
