Rising Seniors Attend Boot Camp for College Essay Writing

O’Neal Director of College Counseling Renee Ferrerio was awarded three free years of College Essay Guy (CEG) for Schools Boot Camp for O’Neal through her participation on the organization’s advisory board in helping to determine what resources best serve CEG for Schools members.
 
The free boot camps started last summer with last year’s rising seniors. This year’s rising seniors completed the week-long CEG for Schools’ boot camp June 1st-5th. Each student received the assistance they need to write their personal statement from start to finish.
 
College Essay Guy for Schools is a live 5-day boot camp for college essay writing offering a suite of tools to help students write, revise and “uplevel” their college application essays. Benefits of membership include college essay writing boot camps, discounts to attend summer courses as well as access to on-demand videos.
 
College counseling at O’Neal begins with course selection for rising 9th graders and culminates with a successful college application process their senior year. 100% of O’Neal’s graduates are accepted to colleges and universities across the nation and abroad.
