Celebrating Black History Month

Tuesday morning the Middle and Upper Schools gathered to celebrate Black History Month. Head of School John Elmore, opened the assembly sharing the brief history of Black History Month with students before introducing, Christine Wilder, transportation assistant, to perform “Lift Every Voice and Sing.” The assembly provided students and faculty a wonderful opportunity to gather, in two groups, and celebrate Black History Month and our community.
