Camp Description: Falcon Running Camp is the destination for all runners and athletes looking to improve their fitness this summer. While at camp, campers will complete a daily run, receive running specific weight lifting and body strengthening instruction, video-recorded gait analysis, a guaranteed summer training plan, and much more! Whether you are interested in lowering a personal best, training for the upcoming season, or looking to get in shape, Falcon Running Camp will be the right choice for you. Following our morning runs, campers will learn about the proper ways to stretch, do drills, warm up, cool down, and recover. We will have instructional periods where we discuss the importance of proper nutrition, a healthy sleep cycle, how to prepare for a race, running beyond High School, and the birth of Nike and running in modern culture.

Instructor Bio: Matt McMurray is a current O'Neal teacher and coach. He is a 3 time State Champion in Cross Country, a former Division 1 runner for Lafayette College, and a middle and long-distance specialist.
