Update Student Allergies and Medication Information

There is a "Medical" tab on your student's dashboard allowing you to list Allergies / Conditions as well as Medications. This information can be viewed and monitored by the School Nurse. Accessible by logging into the website, you can make changes to this information at any time. Please note that an Administration of Medication Form must be on file for the medications listed for your student and you must provide each of the medications clearly labeled for your student --this includes over-the-counter drugs such as Tylenol, Tums, etc. Until this form is on file, it is required that a parent come to campus to administer the medication to their student. The Medication Form must be printed off and taken to your medical provider to be signed.

  1. After logging in, click "Children" and select one student at a time.
  2. Click on the "Medical" tab
  3. Complete "Allergies and Conditions" and "Medications" as needed.
