Battle of the Books Teams Compete

The O’Neal Elementary Battle of the Books team traveled to Providence Day School in Charlotte for competition. O’Neal’s team of seven fourth graders competing for the very first time performed amazingly well and placed third out of five teams. Coach Casey Haarlow is incredibly proud of their accomplishment!

The Middle School Battle of the Books team traveled to St. Pius X Catholic School in Greensboro for competition. After a very tight battle, the team placed 4th. Leading up to competition the team has been assisted by parent Michelle Goetzl.
