Think of the Admissions Office as the lens through which you see The O’Neal School. As families and communities across our nation cope with the magnitude of COVID-19, our school community is grateful to have the strength and opportunity required to continue teaching, learning, working and growing. It is the distinct privilege of the Admissions Team to convey the ways in which our communal gratitude, supportive enthusiasm and sense of place have been converted to an evolving landscape of remote classrooms and shared virtual spaces.
We believe showing is more powerful than telling. That’s why the best first step for any prospective family is a personalized campus tour and the most important part of the Admissions Process is the Student Visit Day. Until it is possible to resume these daily, beautifully routine functions - the ones that bring us the little joys of meeting new people and the true sense of pride in helping them reach their goals – we will follow the lead of our faculty, staff and students. We will get creative. We will continue to speak from the heart. We will continue to connect you with the authentic faces and voices of our school. Because the story will continue to tell itself. We thank you in advance for your patience and sense of humor as we strive to provide thoughtful, customized responses to every inquiry and applicant that comes across our virtual desks. Virtual desks in real-life home offices. Virtual desks that are occasionally invaded by dogs, kids, and one rather majestic Bearded Dragon.
We are a customer service-driven office and a clearinghouse for all things O’Neal. We exist to help you navigate those important, individualized conversations that will shape your family’s educational future. The O’Neal School exists to make an impact in the life of every student, every day. Your Admissions experience should be a direct reflection of that philosophy from start to finish. We truly appreciate your interest and we look forward to working with you. That will never, ever change. Email email@example.com and let’s get started.
