Culture Council Nominees Meet

The new Culture Council nominees met for the first time this week with Coach Adams, Coach McHarney and Miss Manning.  We welcomed 15 fine young ladies and gentlemen from 4th Grade Ms. Caviness-Bliss’ class and Ms. Hilyard’s class.  For the remainder of the school year, we will be working on building character, leadership skills, and a culture in the O’Neal Community.  Our first meeting found us sharing about ourselves, answering thought-provoking questions via an ice-breaker activity, followed by somewhat simulating the game “In the River-On the Bank” while understanding certain types of leadership skills that correlate with our FALCONS acronym (Fairness; Accountability; Leadership; Cooperation; Ownership; Nurture; Self-Discipline).  We look forward to what these special individuals have to offer!
