JV Volleyball Falls to Union Pines
The JV Volleyball team fought a tough battle in their loss to non conference rivals, Union Pines, 25-11, 25-13. Due to some roster changes this week, we had some girls playing new positions after only one practice. They faced some good serving and a tall front line in Union Pines. Lindsay Vest and Emma Wilkinson both had strong serving matches. Catherine Huntley and Logan Watkins both came into the match and played great in their respective postions. This loss drops our overall record to 5-5, but we remain 3-0 in conference. Our next match will be 9/25 at conference foe Harrells.
