The O'Neal Sports Performance Center

O’Neal is excited to announce its new sports performance center. The present fitness center adjacent to the Hannah Center Gym is getting a face lift with a whole new bundle of equipment designed to strengthen the Falcon student-athletes. From TRX and medicine balls to squat bars, this area is gradually being appointed for the ultimate of school sports performance centers.

The center would not be complete without a certified sports performance enhancement specialist working with the student-athletes on strength, speed and agility. This fall, Chris Poulin of Sandhills Sports Performance will be O’Neal’s trainer to condition all Falcon athletes on a consistent, time-effective schedule in order to perform at the best of their ability.
Chris has more than 20 years of experience in conditioning athletes. To read his bio, please click HERE.

For the summer, Chris is offering eight sessions (M-Thurs) of sports performance camps at O’Neal starting June 11th. Four sessions are for grades 6-8 and four sessions are for grades 9-12. All student-athletes in the greater community are welcome to register. Please click HERE and go to “Sports Performance” to learn more.
