Visit from Chinese Students

Twelve students from Nanfang High School of the Hunan Provence in China visited O’Neal and stayed with O’Neal families for a few days. The students were paired with O’Neal students and shadowed them on Thursday at school. That afternoon they were hosted by the Lower School Chinese/Mandarin Club where they got to try out many American snacks and the students got to ask questions to the Chinese.  Friday started with a great traditional performance from our guests before Middle and Upper School students. The rest of the day the students toured the wider community culminated by watching the varsity girls basketball semifinals that evening in Raleigh.
