O'Neal MS Soccer Wins Opener

David Williamson
The Falcons defeated the Fayetteville Crusaders Tuesday in a hard fought game. After giving up an opening goal, O'Neal responded one minute later with a strike from Henry Neville finding the net. After some strong defending by Penn Morris and Alex Martin, the teams went into half time tied. In the second half O'Neal took control of the game, shifting it into Fayetteville's half for the majority of the time and scoring two goals, both by Julien Mazzarulli. Spencer Lincicome made a couple of strong saves in his debut as goalie, helping preserve the victory.
