Performance Training Sessions Open for Middle School Student-Athletes

We hope you all have had a wonderful Summer and are back into the swing of things for the 2019-2020 school year.

Throughout last year, we hold performance training groups for youth student-athletes. These sessions are aimed at increasing speed, agility, strength, and coordination. We saw great results with the student-athletes who attended and we are hoping to increase the number of opportunities even more this year.

Therefore, we want to make it even more accessible, so we are extending it to five days a week, Monday-Friday, from 4:15-5:00pm.

If your child wants to get an edge in their respective sport(s), this is a fantastic opportunity, as many student-athletes do not get this type of training we can offer them. We cannot understate the importance of this. It is an incredible opportunity to be able to develop athletic qualities properly at a young age.

To sign up, or if you have any questions, please email me at – conor@sandhillssp.com;. We will have limited spots available and this will be on a first come first served basis. We expect attendance at all sessions and for participants to be committed to the process.
