Varsity Soccer: O'Neal Falcon’s vs Salem Baptist Christian School
Final score: 0-6 loss
The Falcons played Salem Baptist Christian School on Tuesday in a tough match. Sophomores Jason Marin and Alan Gutschmit led the defensive effort, and Jackson Martinez led the offensive threat. Due to injuries, the Falcons struggled to possess the ball in the midfield, but they fought hard to slow Salem’s offensive attack. Despite eventually gaining a couple of scoring chances, the Falcons could not overcome the deficit. The team’s next match takes place at Trinity Academy of Raleigh on Tuesday, September 10, at 5:15pm.
