Lower Schoolers Celebrate DOT Day

"The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds is the motivating tale of a teacher who emboldens her student to believe in herself and ‘make a mark.”  Inspired by the story, International Dot Day began in 2009 and is celebrated globally on September 15th within classrooms around the world. The day helps build confidence among the participants and is used to encourage students, and teachers alike, to embrace their creativity.
