Welcome Heather Rabon as After Care Director
Please welcome Heather Rabon the new After Care Director. Heather comes to O'Neal most recently from Colorado where she was the Discovery Link Program Specialist managing needs for a licensed onsite before and after care program in an elementary school setting. In addition, Heather was the Adventure Club Facilitator in MO coordinating and supervising the children and staff grades K-5th before and after care. Heather was also a preschool teacher in Georgia, teaching 3 year-olds.
