Lady Falcon Varsity Volleyball team loses to Grace Christian in 4 Tight Games

The Varsity Volleyball ladies lost the first game, won the second, lost the third, and barely lost the fourth in a loss to Grace Christian of Sanford.
Lindsay Vest and Toyin Koleoso led in kills with 6 each followed by Emma Furstein with 4, Sarah Colthart with 3, Catherine Huntley and Kate Liner with 2 and Emily Vest with 1. The ladies were much stronger from the service line in this match only missing 4 serves. Kate Liner earned 2 service aces, and Emma Furstein, Lindsay Vest, and Emily Vest each earned 1. There were lots of dives on the floor to earn points in the dig column. Emma Furstein and Kate Liner were each credited with 12 digs, Pennie Pyon earned 11, and both Sarah Colthart and Emily Vest earned 9. Lindsay Vest and Madison Fox each got four digs, and Toyin Koleoso got 3. Lindsay was strong at the net with 2 blocks, and Catherine Huntley got 1. Kate Liner earned 16 assists as setter, and Sarah Colthart earned 2. The girls take on North Moore High School at home on Monday.
