    Bio
     
    Cassie Cloninger is part of O’Neal’s kindergarten team. She has taught here at The O’Neal School for four years, with a total of 20 years of experience in the field.  Mrs. Cloninger holds her Bachelor of Science in Birth-Kindergarten Education from UNC Pembroke, has her Montessori teacher certification, and is currently completing her master’s degree in reading education at Appalachian State University. Go Mountaineers!

    Mrs. Orentlikher graduated from Purchase College with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and later attended the University at Buffalo where she earned her Master’s of Education degree. She has lived in New York her entire life before moving to Pinehurst in 2018. She has worked for Collegiate Admissions departments before joining O’Neal in 2022.

    Bio
     
    Mrs. Sager has been an educator for over 20 years. Having lived in 5 states and 2 countries over her career she comes with a variety of experiences and expertise in the field of Individualized Education. She has extensive Literacy and Math remediation training targeted to middle and secondary learners. She utilizes a wide variety of research based instructional strategies to support learners in the AEC program. Her focus on enabling students to work with their unique skills enables them to grow and maximize their academic success. Outside of school she spends time with her family, which includes her husband 3 kids and 2 labs, camping traveling and golfing (or at least trying).

    Bio
     
    Mrs. Taylor started working at O'Neal in 2006. She graduated from Meredith College with a BS degree in business administration (marketing) and a second major in French, including a semester study abroad in Angers, France. She has travelled across the nation, Europe and Japan working as speakers bureau coordinator for IBM’s networking hardware and software divisions before taking the position of marketing specialist at Central Carolina Hospital in Sanford. She owned and operated a marketing communications business before coming to O’Neal. Mrs. Taylor lives in Sanford and is married with three sons, all O’Neal Falcons - Joseph ’14, Will '17, and Sam '28. Mrs. Taylor enjoys spending time at the North Carolina Coast and keeping score for her son's travel baseball team.
