Bradshaw Tuition Fund for Opportunity Scholarships Create New Pathways to an O'Neal Education

The O'Neal School is pleased to announce the launch of the Bradshaw Tuition Fund for Opportunity Scholarships, a transformative initiative designed to make an O'Neal education accessible to exceptional new students while strengthening the school's Upper School community.
Made possible through the extraordinary generosity of longtime O'Neal supporters Stan and Jean Bradshaw, the scholarship program will provide substantial tuition assistance to up to ten external qualified students in the ninth or tenth grade beginning in the second semester of the 2026-2027 academic year.

The Bradshaws have been dedicated champions of The O'Neal School for many years, investing in opportunities that help students thrive academically, socially, and personally. Through this new scholarship initiative, they seek to expand access to O'Neal's distinctive educational experience while helping attract talented, engaged students who will contribute meaningfully to school life.

The renewable scholarships are intended for students who demonstrate strong character, academic promise, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to become active members of the O'Neal community. Recipients will be selected based on their potential to positively impact the classroom, campus culture, and broader school community.

"The Bradshaw Tuition Fund for Opportunity Scholarships reflect our commitment to opening doors for deserving students and strengthening the future of our Upper School," said Head of School John Samples. "We are deeply grateful to Stan and Jean Bradshaw for their generosity and belief in the value of an O'Neal education."

Our O'Neal families are encouraged to share this information with friends and family. Applications are now being accepted through November 30th.
