Signature Scholars Research Program (SSRP)

The Signature Scholars Research Program (SSRP) is a selective, two-year academic experience for intellectually curious upperclassmen at The O’Neal School.
The program invites highly motivated students to pursue sustained, original research centered on individual scholarly interests. Following an application process in 10th grade, accepted students complete a research methodology course, design a thesis proposal, and work closely with a faculty mentor. Each scholar produces a substantial final project and presents findings publicly, earning a diploma with distinction and exceptional preparation for college-level research.
