Kids Club Registration Form

Dear Kids Club Families,

I am happily looking forward to and beginning to plan for another year of Kids Club! To have an appropriate number of staff members for the '26/'27 school year, we request that families register for Kids Club (3-6 pm) by June 1st. The $125 one-time registration fee and payment for the program's first month will be drafted in August. Families registered by June 1st will have a guaranteed spot for their child(ren), whereas families who wait until after the June 1st deadline run the risk of being placed on a waitlist. Please note that registration is required for new and returning Kids Club participants! SIGN UP TODAY!! 😊   
  
Please note that your child may only attend Kids Club on the days they are registered to attend. For example, if your child is signed up for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, they cannot attend on Thursday or Friday, as no "drop-in care" is available. If you are unsure which days are needed, please sign up for all five (5) days to guarantee your child's place in the program. The program's cost is $22 per day or $20 per day if your child is signed up for all five (5) days.

The Head of School, Director of Lower School, and/or Director of Kids Club reserves the right to discern an earlier dismissal time for Pre-Kindergarten (age 3-4), Junior Kindergarten (age 4-5), and/or Kindergarten (age 5-6) students. Simply put, if your child is struggling with or showing signs from attending long hours at school, away from home, he/she must be picked up from Kids Club no later than 5 pm for an indefinite period of time. Parents/caregivers will be informed of an early dismissal decision one week prior to the start of early dismissal time, in an effort to allow parents time to make plans.

If you have more than one student, you will need to fill out this form for each student. When filling out the form again do not use your browser's back button. NO DROP-INS
Kids Club runs from 3-6 p.m.for all Lower School grades* Fees for late pick ups will apply; please see below.
Accounts will be invoiced each month according to the days you sign up for. School closed due to inclement weather and other unexpected events will be credited in the following month's invoice. Absences for other reasons will NOT be credited. No "Drop-In Care" is offered. A service charge of $1/minute will be applied every minute past 6:00 p.m. if your child remains in the facility.
