Great Turnout for Community Heritage Festival

Many O'Neal Community members visited the inaugural O'Neal Community Heritage Festival on Wednesday. Twelve different countries/heritages were represented.
From famiies in traditional costume, to MANY food samplings, activities and performances, the Hannah Center Gym became a "worldly" place to be. Not only did the Upper School students have a great time working their language club booths, but those families who participated really enjoyed showcasing their heritage and ALL of them were so very interesting. This is yet another great event to bring all of the O'Neal Community together to celebrate heritage, uniquity and global awareness. Plans are underway for next year, so stay tuned for more!
