Reset Blackbaud ID Password
On the My O'Neal login page, type the email address you used when you created your Blackbaud ID account and click the Next button.
If you did not sign in with your Google or Apple account, click Continue button
Click Forgot password?
Click the Send confirmation code button.
Check the email account for an email "Reset your Blackbaud ID password" from Blackbaud Authentication Services. If you do not see this email in your Inbox, please check your Spam/Junk folder. Type the code and click the Confirm button.
Type your new password in both of the fields and click the Continue button.
