Update Student Emergency Contact Information

We are asking you to review the emergency contact information for your student(s). It is important that sufficient contacts are listed in case of an emergency.  This information is accessible by logging in to the website.  Click the link on the yellow bar at the top to complete this form. All other times, please follow these instructions.  Please complete the form by August 23, 2024. 

Instructions: 

  1. After you have logged in to the website, click on "Children" at the top left. Select one child at a time.
  2. Select the "Contact Card" on your child's dashboard and scroll down to "Emergency Contacts"
  3. Click the "Manage" button to the right of Phone.
  4. If appropriate, add new phone numbers
  5. Drag the phone numbers that you want listed as emergency phones from the Inactive Column to the Active column.
  6. Our Emergency Notification System requires that automated calls ARE ALLOWED.  If they are not allowed, you WILL NOT receive any calls or texts for school closings and other emergency announcements. 
  7. Click "Save"
  8. You may repeat the same procedure for email.
