Counselor in Training (CIT) Program | Rising Grades 7-8

Our Counselor in Training (CIT) Program is designed for campers in rising 7th through 8th graders who are ready to take the next step in their camp journey.
CITs enjoy the best of both worlds—splitting their day between participating in camp activities as campers and developing leadership skills as aspiring counselors. Through hands-on experience, guided mentorship, and age-appropriate responsibilities, CITs learn what it takes to be a positive role model, support younger campers, and work as part of a team. This program builds confidence, responsibility, and leadership while keeping camp fun, engaging, and age-appropriate. CIT’s are encouraged to enroll in two-week sections, if possible. Skills learned in one week will be reinforced in the second week.  CITs may have the opportunity to return in July and serve as volunteers, working directly with our campers. Details and dates TBD.
